What is our estimating process?
Once you reach out to us, we will schedule a walkthrough to review all of the work onsite with you. After the walkthrough we provide you a proposal for the work discussed using approximate pricing. If the proposal looks good to you, we'll then move forward with drawing up the final contract, adding or removing any work you would like us to and receiving quotes from any skilled trades needed.

How soon can we start?
Generally we can begin work between 1 to 4 weeks after the contract is signed. Projects which require more skilled trades and pulling permits take longer to start due to the coordination and variability of the county's Building Inspections / Permits office.

Will you provide project updates?
We will keep you updated on the status of the project through a variety of communication, including a weekly scheduling update email as well as letting you know if there have been any changes day by day. We also have an owner portal where we provide a schedule that is updated throughout the week.

Do we provide a warranty?
We provide a 1 year workmanship warranty. The warranty is limited to defects in workmanship within the scope of work performed by us.
